Bobum's 80th Birthday

My sister, Jennifer, and her daughter Hayley, drove to our house last Thursday. They stayed the night and then we all drove on to San Angelo on Friday. Saturday was my grandmother, Bobum's, 80th birthday. We (grand-daughters and great-grand-daughters) hosted a luncheon for her and about 35 of her friends. We had a good time. It was sooo good to see her and the family that we have there.

6 hours in the car looks like lots of fun...

Joanne hosted this all at her house and allowed me and my kids along with Hayley and Jennifer to stay with her. She is the best!! Thanks Doe-Doe!!

Later in the day there were two little children who didn't want to take a nap...
That evening we headed out to Barbie and Chad's for some chalupas and fun for the kids. They had some bounce houses set up and Wimpy (their little horse) was there for entertainment. I, unfortunately, had to cut my visit short. My allergies were getting the best of me and I was unable to visit without being short of breath and stuffy headed. So Brayden and I called it a night a little earlier than planned, but we had a good time.
